There's a lot of bad news going around about getting good sleep.
Tonight, a third of adults in the U.S. will get less than seven hours of shut-eye, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports. And increasingly, the short time people do spend on their pillows isn’t so blissful.
Blue light from computer screens, smartphones and TVs messes with natural sleep rhythms that tell us when to shut down, while recent research suggests social media may not only disturb sleep, but can actually turn us into sleep-deprived Facebook-checking zombies.
But French entrepreneur Hugo Mercier thinks he’s got a cure for all this bad sleep, one that you can literally wrap around your head.
